For the last 46 years, Rick Kantor, born in Dayton, Ohio, has managed three closely held corporations in the Kantor Family Enterprise. He was Vice President of Springwater Cookie Company from 1978 to 1982 and assumed the role of President in 1982, a position which he held until the business was sold in 1999. Currently he is the President of Custom Quest, a marketing company specializing in licensing and custom importing. Rick received his BA. from Northwestern in 1977.
