3rd Grade Growums™ Gardening Pilot Program Teacher Evaluation Survey
Thank you for participating in our Growums Gardening Pilot Program! Your evaluation and comments will guide the future development of Growums and deployment in classrooms across America. It will also help us get the entire program underwritten by businesses that want to want to support gardening education in their communities. That will keep the program free!

This survey should take only 10-15 minutes to complete, so please cover every question.
As a thank you for your time, after you complete this survey and upload 5 classroom gardening photos and/or videos, you’ll receive a $50 reimbursement toward a pizza celebration with your class to mark the completion of The Growums Garden Adventure!* NOTE: No photos will be posted on our WeGrowum, Inc. or Growums websites, or on Growums social media sites without written parental consent.

2.) Simply email a scan of your pizza party receipt to [email protected], with your name and address. Growums will mail you a check in a few days.
