Joe is Owner and President of Barton Nursery Enterprises, Inc., a family business with wife Christine, sons Joseph and Michael. After high school, Joe started out mowing lawns for a couple of years and before going on to Monmouth College, during that time he continued landscaping. He began growing and bringing material to a 16-acre location, and later expanded to Cranbury, NJ, with over 500 acres planted with trees and shrubs, then to Robbinsville, NJ with 133 acres and South Brunswick NJ, 11 acres.
